Prepare your details
Kitchen renovation checklist.
A short prep list to gather before you request a quote or book a site visit. None of it is mandatory — but the more you can share up front, the more accurate the first conversation will be.
Property & access
Helps us scope the visit and plan delivery, parking and waste removal.
- Full postcode and a rough idea of the property type (flat, terrace, semi, detached).
- Floor the kitchen sits on, and whether there's lift or stair access for materials.
- Any parking or loading restrictions on the street (CPZ hours, permit zones).
- Whether the property is leasehold — and if landlord or freeholder consent may be needed.
What you want to change
Even rough notes here help us quote a realistic scope at the site visit.
- Like-for-like refit, partial re-plan, or full new layout (walls moving, openings widened).
- Any structural changes you're considering — removing a wall, knock-through, or steel.
- New flooring, tiling, lighting or decoration as part of the same project.
- Whether plumbing or appliance positions are moving (sink, hob, dishwasher, fridge).
Kitchen, worktops & appliances
Lead times on units, stone and integrated appliances often drive the programme.
- Whether you've chosen a supplier or want a recommendation (DIY sheds, trade, bespoke).
- Worktop preference: laminate, solid wood, quartz, granite or porcelain.
- List of appliances you plan to keep, replace, or buy new — and any already ordered.
- Any feature elements: island, breakfast bar, larder, wine cooler, boiling tap.
Budget, timing & decisions
We won't hold you to a number — it just helps us suggest sensible options.
- A rough budget range, or simply the level of finish you're aiming for.
- Any target window for starting on site (school holidays, before a move, after a baby).
- Whether you'll be living in the property during works, or moving out temporarily.
- Who the decision-makers are — useful so we send updates to the right people.
Helpful to bring to the site visit
Optional — but the more context, the sharper the quote.
- Photos of the existing kitchen from a few angles, plus any problem spots.
- Rough measurements of the room (length, width, ceiling height) if you have them.
- Any plans, mood-boards or Pinterest references of the look you're after.
- Existing electrical and gas certificates if the property has them to hand.
Don't have all of this to hand? That's fine — send what you have and we'll fill in the rest at the site visit.
Prepare your details
Bathroom renovation checklist.
Bathrooms quote very differently depending on layout, soil stack and water pressure. Tick the items that apply to your project, then add the selected ones to your quote — only the ticked items are sent, so the form stays focused on what actually matters for your job.
Existing layout & what's staying
The starting point for any bathroom — knowing what's fixed and what's flexible.
Soil stack, waste & water supply
These constrain what can move where — and often drive the build cost.
Waterproofing, tiling & finishes
Knowing the finish level helps us spec tanking, substrates and tile lead-times.
Ventilation, lighting & electrics
Bathrooms have stricter zoning rules — the more we know, the safer the spec.
Accessibility & how it'll be used
A family bathroom, an en-suite or a level-access wet-room all quote very differently.
Budget, timing & decisions
We won't hold you to a number — it just helps us suggest options.
Don't have all of this to hand? Untick what doesn't apply, or send what you have and we'll fill in the rest at the site visit.
