The Brief
The brief.
The owners had been dealing with a recurring leak that previous patch-fixes hadn't solved.
The Challenge
The challenge.
Water was appearing inside in one place but the actual entry point was elsewhere on the roof, around the chimney flashing.
The Solution
The solution.
We inspected the roof, identified the true source of the leak around the chimney, replaced damaged slates, fitted new lead flashing and tidied up the surrounding roofline so the area is now sound.
Scope
Work completed.
- Roof inspection and leak investigation
- Slate replacement
- New lead flashing around chimney
- Roofline tidy-up
- Internal make-good around the original leak point
